The Tarkin Detention Facility, also called simply Tarkin Prison, was an Imperial prison on Ruul used to hold political prisoners, and was presumably named after Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin. Beri Tulon was scheduled to be imprisoned there, but Brenn Tantor freed him in a commando raid as he was being marched to the facility.
