Tarlen Ten, trade master of the Perlemian Trade Route, operated on the planet Carida. Ten accepted bribes from the Zann Consortium defilers in exchange for information on fleet movements in Cardia and nearby systems. Ten also insured that local garrisons on Cardia's surface did not respond to the operations of Consortium personnel.^[1]
