Tarlo Ganar was a Khil tactician.
A former comrade of Bitthævrian Colonel Quaal Tavier Catharius, he also led Belnar Sector Force to victory against their inter-system nemesis Peltsic League.
Due to his age, Ganar faced mandatory retirement. Not being appealed by it, Ganar joined Catharius, who had became the leader of m'Yalfor'ac Order in his native Guiteica. Ganar joined the Order as one of the four-member leading committee, and also one of the two only non-Bitthævrians in the Order. Although he had shown his value to the order, Bitthævrian population did not completely trust him as of 2 ABY
