Tarquinas was also the name of a server - or "Galaxy" - in Star Wars Galaxies.

The name Tarquinas bears a resemblance to Tarquinius Superbus, the last king of Rome during the Roman monarchy, deposed by Junius Brutus. As the Tarquinas leaves the Death Star with Vader aboard, it could foreshadow the destruction of the Death Star, since Rome as a monarchy fell, and so too did the Death Star (quite literally in this comic).
