Tarr Seirr was a male Cerean Jedi Knight during the Clone Wars. He served as Jedi Watchman for his home system, and as a General in the Grand Army of the Republic.

[edit] Biography
Raised by the Jedi Order, Seirr always idolized Ki-Adi-Mundi, a Cerean Jedi Master who served as the Watchman for the Cerean Quadrant for decades. During the growing Separatist Crisis, Mundi relinquished his position as Watchman to Seirr. Shortly before the Clone Wars, he helped the Cerean government decide to join the Galactic Republic to prevent the planet from falling to the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
During the Clone Wars, the Jedi Watchmen were scattered to different battlefront locations, and Seirr was reassigned from Cerea to a strategic battlefront location, leaving his homeworld succeptable to danger.
He was one of the Jedi Generals at the Battle of Hypori, and was the third and final Jedi to be killed there by General Grievous; the cyborg crushed Tarr's head to the ground and threw him - along with Aayla Secura - against a wall.
After the tragedy, Seirr's fears became reality, as Cerea fell to the Separatists.
