Tay Industries was a company that was planning on revealing a new D-Wing Space Superiority Fighter at the Cynestra Space Craft Show during the Galactic Civil War. Grand Moff Torith of the Galactic Empire planned to steal it to help destroy the Rebel Alliance, but a group of Rebels also found out about it, and successfully killed the Grand Moff and stole the prototype.
