The Tekshar Falls Casino was a casino in Kuat City built by the Tirual Construction Holdings. It was the headquarters for Cherit's gang—later L. Fraig's, when Cherit was killed.

The casino was built within a man-made waterfall which parted like a curtain when triggered by a motion sensor. The inside was lavishly furnished with wall hangings, gilding, mirrors, and low-level lighting. It had two separated rooms on the ground level; one was the bar, and the other was the gaming room.
