The Telfrey Holocaust was a mass extermination carried out by the Galactic Empire in 3 ABY. Responding to the rebellious sentiments stirred up by Tay Vanis, Darth Vader had the planet's populace wiped out, and the world itself bombed into a dead, lifeless husk.
