Chesko's shipment of syntonium crystals from Cirus II to Tatooine took 71 years to complete after an asteroid collided with his ship, destroying the hyperdrive and comlink. He survived the lonesome decades with the help of a service droid named Millie, who, in his later years living on the ship, sacrificed her synthetic heart to keep him alive. He would later tell his story to an alien named Bezzem in the Mos Eisley cantina in 3 ABY. He had had a girlfriend named Maia.
