Added this since we haven't got any infobox for Technology or Device articles. If there's anything you want to add - or if it should be deleted - feel free. Also, I'm not too hot on infoboxes, so I just stole the colours from Template:Battle, since it seemed fairly "metallic", in keeping with the tech theme.
