• Well, if ANY of the collectibles templates are necessary, the LEGOs are. LEGO and Star Wars have produced unique combinations long before the games came out; there are LEGO figures for nearly every vehicle and major character. There have even been arguments on this very wiki over whether LEGO images should be used within specific articles. -BaronGrackle 17:52, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

  • We already have the LEGO logo on the wiki, at its page ("Lego-logo-179.gif", if someone wants to mess with the template). It saddens and confuses me, though, that this proposal seems to be failing. Consider: 1) LEGO has more right to a template than any of the action figure sets below (under September 7, 2006), all four of which are on the path to ready acceptance. 2) LEGO Star Wars is massive, reaching to physical figures and sets, internet movies, and a couple of the most successful Star Wars games today. 3) It even carries a small bit of controversy, as some on this site are in favor of using LEGO images of major events within main articles. -BaronGrackle 09:12, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

   • I believe the appropriate word is, 'meh' :) I went with the Star Wars pic over the logo because it was Legos in a Star Wars pose. But no offense -I just hope this doesn't prevent a Lego userbox from getting accepted.Tocneppil 18:56, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
