Terence Sean "Terry" McGovern (born May 11, 1942) is an American actor, voice actor, television broadcaster, radio personality, and acting instructor who looped the dialogue of several stormtroopers, and also provided cantina walla, in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. His most notable dialogue is during the Jedi mind trick scene outside the cantina, uttering the famous phrase "These aren't the droids we are looking for" repeating Alec Guinness.
McGovern subsequently provided voices for a number of the LucasArts Star Wars video games. He is widely credited by George Lucas for coining the phrase "Wookiee" (according to the actor, a reference to a real-life friend, Bill Wookey, as an excuse for being late to a session).
