Tessa Manchisco was an officer of the Virgillian Free Alignment during the latter stages of the Virgillian Civil War. She had green eyes and black hair that she wore, in Virgillian fashion, in six braids, three on either side of her head.
By the end of the Civil War she had become captain of the light carrier Flurry, on which she continued to serve when the Alignment lent it to the Alliance to Restore the Republic. She commanded it during the Battle of Endor and the Battle of Bakura, where she was killed with the rest of the Flurry's crew when the ship was destroyed.
