Thar'quan was a Defel miner and a saboteur for the Rebel Alliance.
[edit] Biography
Born in 27 BBY, Thar'quan eventually became a miner and a member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. He was a spy and information collector for Rebel officer Airen Cracken. Under the guise of a rough miner with the common dark gray and black gear for Defel miners, Thar'quan hacked on computer networks at Uhur'qah, favoring the Rebel network on nearby Sriluur. He was an expert in blind-fighting and with a vibro-pickaxe, although he commonly used a blaster carbine, a garrote and a sawed-off Adostic Arms 8-gauge projectile shotgun. He was also familiar with the bureaucracy of many mining companies he worked at, particularly Vulca Minerals and Hctaqsas Metals.
Thar'quan managed to capture Imperial Alpha Outpost during an operation to distract the Empire's attention from Rebel activities on Ralltiir.
Thar'quan had a collection of scars due to his activities as a Rebel scout. He proudly showed those cicatrices to any Rebel collaborator of his (and Cracken himself admired Thar'quan due to his loyalty towards the Alliance after all those sufferings). Scars including ragged punctured holes on his right ear after an encounter with a Dithanune needle beast; a partial paralysis on the right cheek due to an accident on the Kessel prison before being rescued by Rebel scout Larq Thur; disfigurement on his back and side after an unplanned trek through a razor grass field on Togoria; and undetermined scars due to his work with Rebel agent Sasnak Toxis while working for Hctaqsas.
A short time after the Battle of Yavin, Thar'quan managed to get access to the top-secret coordinates of ore depots of Kuat Drive Yards.
His last known location on 0 ABY was Uhur'qah.
