Warning: This infobox has missing parameters: title and unrecognized parameters: book name, era The Big Switch is a young readers book in the Adventures in Hyperspace series, written by Ryder Windham. This would have been the third book in the series, which centers on Han Solo and Chewbacca and is set between the time when Solo acquired the Millennium Falcon and the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Originally scheduled for release in September of 2010, the book was first said to have been postponed, but has not been released since then. On April 25, 2014, it was announced that the Expanded Universe had been rebranded as Star Wars Legends, and that new content within past Legends series would not be published, effectively ending whatever small possibility may have remained of an official release of the book.[1] Windham released his completed manuscript of The Big Switch, with cover illustration and preliminary internal illustrations by Jeffery Carlisle, along with a synopsis of the unwritten fourth book, The Last Blade Master, to Joseph Bongiorno, who published it on his Starwarstimeline.net website on April 22, 2015.
