The Clone Wars: Hunting the Hunters (Part 2) is a short webcomic that takes place between Seasons One and Two of the The Clone Wars television series. A continuation of The Clone Wars: Hunting the Hunters (Part 1), it serves as a prelude to the online game Swamp Station Sweep. An extra page of the comic was presented for defeating three waves of droids.

Plot summary
- "And that is when we contacted you general. Whatever is in the swamps is a threat to Rodia. I fear the Separatists have returned."

Kit Fisto is called to Rodia because something is not right in the swamps. Rodian scouts have discovered battle droids at an old abandoned station. The Rodian that called Kit fears that the Separatists have returned. Kit believes that it may have been leftovers from the botched invasion. But the Rodian told him that whatever is in the swamp, it was killing the wildlife. Kit assured the Rodian he would find the source of the "dark current". Kit then dove into the water.
As Kit dove deeper into the water, he noticed a large underwater base. As two laser cannons opened fire on his underwater troops, Kit noticed someone swimming away from the base. As Kit persued, the creature fired blaster shots at Kit, which he blocked with his lightsaber. The creature then threw thermal detonators at Kit. As the creature fled, Kit reached out with the Force and and threw the detonators at the base, destroying it. The clones above water congratulated Kit as he climbed out of the water for destroying the base. Kit realized that in doing so, he had let the culprit escape, a trade he did not regret.
