The Edict of Jiaan was one of two successful but damaging documentaries written by Armennion Ullgusta and rumored to had been produced by Pret Swain during the New Order. Its contents included many aspects of purge of the Jedi Order. This led to Ullgusta being on the most-wanted list on the Galactic Empire and The Edict of Jiaan being banned within the Empire.
