The Last Jedi Adaptation 3 is the third issue of the six-part Marvel comic book miniseries Star Wars: The Last Jedi Adaptation, an adaptation of the film of the same name. The issue, which was released on June 6, 2018, was written by Gary Whitta, with art by Michael Walsh.

Plot summary[]

Episode VIII, Part III
THE LAST JEDI
The FIRST ORDER reigns after decimating the
Republic. Supreme Leader Snoke deploys his
legions to seize control of the galaxy and
crush General Leia Organa's band of
RESISTANCE fighters.

But Leia remains incapacitated after the
recent battle, leaving Vice Admiral Holdo in
charge of their dwindling fleet. Time is short
for Finn and Rose to find a way to disable the
First Order's hyperspace tracking tech and
allow the survivors to escape.

Meanwhile, former Jedi Master Luke
Skywalker refuses to train the young hero
Rey in the ways of the Force, sensing that the
darkness within Rey could consume her — as
it did his nephew, Kylo Ren. And Rey and
Kylo's strange connection is only growing
stronger....
