The Mask of Darth Nihilus is a mini-adventure published in The Unknown Regions sourcebook. The adventure is designed for 11th level heroes and takes place after the formation of the Galactic Empire.

Plot summaryEdit

A group of heroes have followed leads to discover that the location of the mask of Darth Nihilus, an ancient Sith artifact, is on the planet Volik, in the Unknown Regions. Upon reaching Volik, the heroes discover that the mask is located in the wreckage of a Dynamic-class freighter, the Nashuaga, in a cove that was part of the base of operations for the Wavelength Gale smugglers. The cavern is situated deep in Mount Vorena, at the end of a long and treacherous climb. However, the heroes are not the only group looking for the mask. They must also contend with the Apex Society, led by Sith scholar and would-be apprentice Collan Eislo, and Sando's Boys, a band of pirates led by the Rodian Sando.
