The Price of Neutrality -- Rebellion is an article written by Cynthia Hahn and August Hahn as a tie in to the Living Force campaign. It was published on the Wizards of the Coast website on January 19 2006 and took the form of short story. The plot focuses on a battle being fought on Tolea Biqua, from the persepctive of two soldiers. The significance of the article to the Living Force campaign was that Tolea Biqua was destroyed in it, making the planet Genarius unstable. As a result, all colonies on Genarius had to be abandoned.
