The Stele Chronicles is a short booklet included in the package of the game Star Wars: TIE Fighter and is the counterpart of The Farlander Papers. It was written by Rusel DeMaria.

It describes Maarek Stele's life and his recruitment to the Galactic Empire, beginning with the events of 3 ABY.^[2] The plot follows his training, through which the reader/player learns the basics and instructions of the game. Presumably, the goal was to merge the game instructions in the story, thus making a novelized manual.

The story was later included and expanded as part of TIE Fighter: The Official Strategy Guide.
