Captain Theb Tobbra was the First Officer of the Indomitable during the Black Fleet Crisis.[1] He had just had a new child before the Battle of ILC-905, an event which added to his natural cautiousness. As the battle began, he disagreed with Commodore Brand's bold plan of attack, and was sent to his quarters for the remainder of the combat.
