Theloxin was a substance secreted within a Pau'an's body. Low theloxin levels on a Pau'an would result in the growth of a exophthalmic goiter, which would affect the anterior lobes of the lutiaary gland. The lobes produce roaamin that can cause giantism in a Pau'an.
