Thesme was a planet located within the Thesme system of the Outer Rim Territories. An industrial world, it served as the lackluster sector capital of Thesme sector, on the Thesme Trace.

HistoryEdit

Thesme was represented in the Galactic Senate by Silya Shessaun. In the years leading up to the Clone Wars, the Senator was often called upon to return to the world to mediate territorial disputes in the sector.^[3]

During the Galactic Civil War, a bounty was put up on Thesme for the capture of the Zygerrian slaver Marko Tyne.^[4] Shortly after the Battle of Endor, Princess Leia Organa visited Thesme to pay her respects to the dying former Senator Shessaun.^[3]
