Thix was a security guard in Prince Xizor's Palace on Coruscant. He was in charge of securing sector 1138. He was killed when Luke Skywalker and his friends walked into the sub-subbasement in the search for Leia Organa.

Behind the scenesEdit

Thix's name and the sector he was securing are clear references to George Lucas' movie THX-1138.
