Thorn was a clone trooper commander who served the Galactic Republic in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He carried a Z-6 rotary blaster cannon that he called Hammer.

Behind the scenesEdit

Thorn was created by Dave Filoni and the story team of Star Wars: The Clone Wars as an homage to the character Thor in Marvel Comics' new movie The Avengers. Filoni first revealed an image of Thorn on his Facebook page on May 14, 2012 and stated that the character would appear in The Clone Wars: Season Five, but he has yet to be introduced to the television series.
