Thulwuk Thur was a male Quarren who worked as a foreman in the Morjanssik Mine on the planet Mon Calamari. During the Galactic Civil War, a group of Rebel Alliance agents traveled to Mon Calamari to investigate some acts of sabotage that had been carried out by a group of Imperial Intelligence infiltrators. The agents decided to travel down to the mine and they accompanied Thur and a group of Quarren miners during a trip in a transport bathysphere from the city Morjanssik to the mine.
