Tieos was a planet in the Abrion sector of the Outer Rim completely covered by grasslands.

During the Clone Wars, Tieos was located within Separatist space. Early in the Galactic Civil War, Tieos was considered to hold strong potential as a future agricultural planet.

It was the site of an Imperial naval base during the Galactic Civil War.
