The Timespan was a transport ship used by Trux Zissu, Stuart Zissu, R2-D2, C-3PO and 4B-X to travel from Yavin 4 to Delantine. Trux Zissu was to be the governor of Delantine. Although it was an older ship, the Timespan was the only available ship the Rebel Alliance had to spare for this mission.
Before reaching Delantine the ship was attacked by the Galactic Empire and boarded by stormtroopers. Stuart and the droids managed to escape in Escape Pod 4, while Trux held off the stormtroopers. Eventually Trux was captured. It is unknown what happened to the Timespan after this point.
