Rotramel's representation ended before the Senate's dissolution in 0 BBY when Mon Calamari was enslaved by the Galactic Empire.

He was killed by Darth Vader when he attempted to recruit President Si-Di-Ri of Tiss'sharl to the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
