Tin did not rust.^[1] Ahsoka Tano called Battle Droids "tin-plated".^[2] Han Solo compared its taste to blood after the Millennium Falcon crash-landed on Kessel.^[3] C-3PO called R2-D2 a pile of tin, and Lando Calrissian subsequently called C-3PO "tin man".^[4]
