The ruler of Kaal, Tirgee Benyalle, owned and operated a luxury sail barge during the early years of the New Republic. In 6 ABY, it was used to hold a meeting between Benyalle, Warlord Moff Utoxx Prentioch, Imperial Admiral Uther Kermen, Syndic Pandis Hart, and a New Republic delegation over the rights to harvest food from Kaal's oceans.
