Toluz Cheq was a male Rodian Jedi Master who served as a pilot during the height of the Clone Wars. Although considered to be one of the best pilots Anakin Skywalker had known, Master Cheq still found himself outmatched in battle in the Rial Kroon system where he was pursued and eventually brought down by Vulture droids.
Master Cheq had one Padawan and was in command of a fleet, all of whom were killed in that battle prior to his death.
