Tomo was an Ithorian boy in Mos Espa during 32 BBY, who was rescued from the bondage of Captain Neg by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn after being forced to work for him several months. His mother was Force-sensitive and had asked the Jedi Master for aid.
