Tomrus' father

Tomrus' father was born on a colony in the Outer Rim Territories before moving to Cloud City with his wife. They lived on the floating city for several decades, raising their son until the occupation of the city by Imperial forces. His wife was killed during the evacuation, and he retired back to his homeworld while his son joined the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
