A torch was a fire source intended to be used as a source of light. Many torches were little more than a wooden stick wrapped in ignitable, oil-soaked rags. In 8 ABY Han Solo used a torch when exploring the back of a Dathomir cave known as the Rivers of Stone.

This item can only be obtained in the computer version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic by using a cheat code. It, along with the Glowrod and the Collar light, is unique in its ability to be a light source when activated.
