Torwald was a Human male lieutenant in the Imperial Reclamation Service of the Sith Empire during the Galactic War with the Galactic Republic. During the invasion of Belsavis, Keldroth was part of the Imperial forces that established the Imperial Lodgement in the Minimum Security Section on Belsavis, and sold goods to other Imperial forces.[1]
