Tra-Skan-Lor was a male Tiss'shar, who served as the Director of the Special Acquisitions Branch of the Library of the Republic. Tra-Skan-Lor was intrigued by the Sayings of Emperor Uueg Tching of Atrisia and made his subordinates familarise themselves with the works, causing the Sayings to become deeply embeded within the culture of the Special Acquisitions Branch.
