Trad Paddox was the brother of Theux Paddox, High Lord of House Pelagia. Trad (aged 8) and his sister Verinia Paddox (aged 10) disappeared during the House Mecetti purge of their House. They were discovered 20 year later, frozen in stasis, onboard the Regal Destiny by the crew of the Bright Seeker. The children's governess was Mistress Winslo.
