The Trade and Traffic Ministry was an organization led by the individual Blissa Vlix that operated on the planet Wroona. At some point during galactic history, a pirate group attacked a number of starships along Keller's Void, a hyperlane that linked Wroona and the planet Calus, and Vlix subsequently announced that the Trade and Traffic Ministry suspected that the pirates were former miners from the Udine system.
