The Traffic Interdiction Vessel (TIV) was a starship designed and used by the Grand Army of the Republic for detaining and boarding ships that were suspected of being Separatist craft. They were armed with laser cannons and proton torpedoes.

Advanced Recon Commandos and clone commandos were known to have used TIVs, for example, Omega Squad used one during a TIOPS mission; Delta Squad also used a TIV in their hunt for Ko Sai.
