Trooga was a Hutt crimelord who had a palace under the oceans of Ubjanel E. In 203 BBY, he attempted to import hundreds of dangerous but exotic wildlife to his palace. Unfortunately, his undersea palace was attacked and two mating svapers escaped, and from these two creatures spread more and more until the moon's seas flourished with the underwater predators.
