This clone commander was a clone trooper commander in the Grand Army of the Republic.
He led a squad of BARC Troopers in search of his former General Tsui Choi on Eriadu, and was decapitated by the Jedi Master during the Skirmish on Eriadu.
This commander's armor was similar to that of Deviss's. As it is possible that he is Deviss himself, because Tsui Choi was travelling in his starfighter at the time of the Order 66, when Deviss was on Orto, and then Tsui Choi met some time later with this Clone Commader just before he found Jedi Bultar Swan.
