Tuga SalPivo was a Corellian in the employ of Jabba the Hutt who was tasked with the mission of killing the t'landa Til priests that resided in Colony Eight on Ylesia. He was successful in his endeavors when he rigged the priests' sleeping chambers to explode, killing all the t'landa Til inside. Tuga SalPivo was one of many mercenaries and assassins that would prepare the world for the Rebel invasion known as the Battle of Ylesia.
