Tulpaa was a planet within the Rakatan Archipelago. Following the collapse of the Infinite Empire, it was inhabited by an enlightened tribe of Rakata called the Tulpaa tribe, one of the two more advanced Rakatan tribes that rediscovered space flight and constructed space stations similar to the Star Forge.
