This prison was an ancient Rakatan mind prison that was in the possession of the Tulpaa tribe in the Rakatan Archipelago. Having banished her enemies to this prison, Elder Ruthic released a Sith sorcerer, originating from the court of Sith King Adas, who became her adviser.
