The Tulpaa tribe was a tribe of enlightened Rakata that lived on Tulpaa, a planet of the Rakatan Archipelago. The Tulpaa tribe, along with the Makatak tribe, were the two most advanced tribes of Rakata following the collapse of the Infinite Empire, and they competed against each other for resources and technology. This tribe was led by Ruthic, a female warrior-priest.
