The tumble bunny trainer was a humanoid entertainer who was popular with the woklings of Bright Tree Village. During the Imperial era, the tumble bunny trainer hosted a tumble bunny exhibition at the Bright Tree Fête, specifically targeted at the wokling audience. The show was popular with the adults of Bright Tree Village, as it was a good way to occupy the sometimes energetic woklings.
The tumble bunny trainer's show, however, was not without its detractors. The older children of Bright Tree Village, most notably Wicket W. Warrick, the future chief, spoke out against the show, decrying it as "no place for a warrior to be seen". Warrick himself would later host his own version of the show as punishment for neglecting woklings while in charge of them. Despite the fact that Warrick's ten shows closely resembled the tumble bunny trainer's, it is not known whether or not this alternate program put him out of business.
The trainer himself was an enthusiastic performer, interacting with his young audience, and even dressing up in a costume that resembled his performers. His antics were quite popular with the woklings of Bright Tree Village, although he was eventually ousted by Wicket's follow up imitation show.

[edit] Early life and career
The tumble bunny trainer was of an unknown species, although he had a bill, like a duck. He was green in color, though pink at the neck and eyes. At some stage during his life, he learned how to train tumble bunnies, small, three eared creatures that resembled rabbits. After they were properly trained, the tumble bunny trainer formed a show, which constituted of the small creatures doing at least one complex trick. These tricks were designed to attract and entertain younger audiences, although the tumble bunny trainer was not one to knock back older customers.[1]

Sometime during the Imperial era, the tumble bunny trainer came to Bright Tree Village on the Forest Moon of Endor in order to market his show. The Ewoks were planning a large fête, and in turn, the tumble bunny trainer set up a stall with which to properly display his program. When the fête was launched, the tumble bunny trainer was given sufficient stage space to run his show, with a large area for audience seating. Though he was not pulling in huge crowds, there was a moderately large crowd of woklings who enjoyed his tumble bunny's tricks.[1]
There is only one trick that the tumble bunny trainer was known to do. He would line up a variety of tumble bunnies in single file, and then hold out a small hoop in front of the lead bunny. The bunny would then jump through the hoop and land safely on the other side. Then, in quick succession, the other creatures would follow suit, without crashing into one another. This trick was usually met with favorable cheer from the wokling audience.[1]

The tumble bunny trainer was one of the most vocal advertisers at the fair. He would call out to passers-by in a jovial voice, beckoning them to come and see his show. Word of his show extended as far as fellow fête participant Shodu Warrick, who subsequently sent her son and charges off to see the show.[1]
The trainer's show persisted without incident until Shodu's son, Wicket, safely escorted the group of woklings to the audience area of the tumble bunny show. As soon as the young Ewok warrior saw the content of the program, however, he backpedaled out of the area, diverting the wokling's attention from the trainer's show. Ewoks Latara and Teebo were making similar gestures, all of which disrupted a select part of the audience, and further detracted from the trainer's efforts. Princess Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka saved the tumble bunny trainer some embarrassment by pulling rank on her friends, and publicly announcing her critical favor of his program.[1]
In rebuttal, Teebo loudly panned the tumble bunnies as a form of entertainment, and Latara made an offhand derisive comment, which inspired Wicket to go in for the kill. He loudly suggested to his cohorts and charges that they seek an alternate form of entertainment, and was able to swing opinion his way, cutting a percentage out of the trainer's prospective audience.[1]

Some time later, Warrick was forced to hold his own tumble bunny show, in which he imitated the antics of the trainer. Warrick's show bore all the trappings of the tumble bunny trainer's program, right down to the large tumble bunny outfit, and the hoop trick.[1]

When performing, the tumble bunny trainer displayed a lot of enthusiasm, jovially interacting with his audience. He treated the tumble bunnies as mock-sentients for the benefit of his young fans, and he would claim to understand their feelings in regards to doing tricks for no reward. It is not known whether or not this "side" of the tumble bunny trainer is just an act, or purely natural. Another element of note in regards to the trainer is his yellow outfit, which mimicked the anatomy of a tumble bunny. Again, whether this is an element of the show, or a foible in the trainer's psyche has not been determined.[1]

The tumble bunny trainer was created by television writer Paul Dini, and first appeared in the second season episode of Star Wars: Ewoks entitled "Horville's Hut of Horrors." He is one of the many entertainers seen during an Ewok fair that features both at the opening, and the conclusion of the show. The identity of the person who voiced him is not known. His species and real name are yet to be identified, and "Horville's Hut of Horrors" is the only source in which he appears.[1]
