Tusk-cat memorial cups were vessels for drinking made on the planet Naboo. When tamed tusk-cats died, the Naboo would cut off their tusks and carve them into such cups. Those would be displayed in Naboo dwellings or public buildings for ceremonial purposes, and were presumably used to drink as well.
