Tvinnii Blackrunn was a member of the Black Sun crime cartel. Blackrunn was one of the signers of an alliance agreement with the Detritus Satellites, a group of sentient Vulture droids from the Dantooine system.

Behind the scenesEdit

In the space part of Star Wars Galaxies, rare information storage devices can sometimes be looted from destroyed starfighters. One of these datapads, named "An Alliance Agreement", can be found in the Dantooine system and contains the text of an agreement signed by Blackrunn.
